The air-conditioned cottages are small, but comfy. They are small concrete structures with a door, windows and metal roof. They have two rooms which include a room with a bed and a private bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. Most cottages also have a front porch. The cottages are named by color.
A nipa hut is a traditional native housing structure indigenous to the Pacific islands. Nipa huts are usually constructed from machete-cut bamboo, with the logs inserted through chopped cutouts in the corresponding logs. Thatched roofs, pull-up window panels and flooring of split bamboo make the nipa livable in all but the most severe weather. The nipa huts have a nice porch on the front of them with bamboo benched seats. The inside of the nipa huts contains one room for sleeping. There are no beds inside. However, there are foam pads. Therefore, make sure that you bring a sleeping bag.
A fan is provided to keep cool during the night-time sleep.
There are no bathrooms in the nipa huts. There are new and clean common bathrooms and showers within the resort.
